Ryecroft House Garden Apartment Availability

For week-long bookings, our standard changeover day is Saturday but other days may be available on request.

The apartment will be ready for your arrival any time after 3pm.

Please vacate by 11am on your departure day to enable us to prepare for our next guests.

Minimum stay is for 2 nights during low & mid season and 3 nights in high season, however there may be some flexibility depending on bookings and availability.

We are sorry but we cannot accommodate pets.

For children under 2 years old, please bring a travel cot.

If cancellation is requested more than 4 weeks before the arrival date, any monies paid will be refunded minus the reservation deposit of £100.

If cancellation is requested less than 4 weeks before the arrival date we reserve the right to keep all monies paid, but we will try to re-book the property and if successful will refund you any monies paid minus the reservation deposit of £100.

In addition, if cancellation is requested within 1 week of the booking due to covid, alternative dates can be agreed with all money paid used as credit.
